When is it safe for humans and pets to resume enjoying their lawn after treatment?

We advise the service to dry before resuming play on the lawn area. A lawn will usually dry within 1-2 hours, however elements such as rain, heat, humidity and wind may alter the drying times.

Should I water my lawn after each treatment?

We recommend watering your lawn after a treatment has been applied. This can be with a natural rain, irrigation system or a hand water.

How do I pay my bill or manage my account?

We are available to assist you at our office during normal business hours from 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday. You can call us at 281-251-1725.

Our mailing address to mail payments is:

When should I expect to see results once treatments have been made?

You may notice improvement within a few weeks of your first treatment. Each lawn is unique and may vary in time-frame for improvement. Our technicians will work to assess the lawn with each visit and partner with you to work at bringing out the best lawn possible.

How will I know what service I received on each visit?

Your technician will leave a report and invoice at your site following each visit. Details of service as well as comments from the technician are listed for your review.

What do I do if my lawn does not improve?

If you are on the full service program and your lawn seems to be slow in reacting to treatment. Contact us via telephone or client portal to schedule a service call to your site so that we can assess your lawn as needed.
