Brown Patch Treatment

Brown Patch Treatment

Brown patch is the most damaging of all turfgrass diseases. Preventive fungicides applied in two treatments at the end of the summer season will help prevent brown patches from injuring your lawn.

Aeration

Aeration

Aeration of soil, turf, and gravel is incredibly beneficial particularly in the Spring, at the beginning of the growing season, to reduce compaction, creating a channel through which oxygen, water, and nutrients can penetrate. This will encourage the health and growth of your lawn.

Deep Root Tree Feeding

Deep Root Tree Feeding

Trees require nutrients to live and thrive. When one or more of these nutrients are deficient in the soil, the tree will not reach its full landscape potential, will be more susceptible to disease and insect problems, and will have a shorter life than a similar, well-fertilized tree. Trees in urban and suburban environments are often under high-stress conditions due to low moisture availability, soil compaction, physical damage, nearby construction, and competition from turf and nearby trees and shrubs. Feeding your tree deep down at the roots will decrease environmental stresses such as these.

Pine Bark Beetle Management

Pine Bark Beetle Management

Pine bark beetles are the single most destructive pest which attacks pine trees. They are quick to reproduce, migrate and eat so once active on any one tree in a stand, it is important to start dealing with them immediately to minimize casualties. By having the bark treated, you can help to establish a protective barrier through which beetles cannot enter. Furthermore, treatments have a strong repellency feature. Since bark beetles don’t like it they tend to stay off and away from treated surfaces.
